Fuel Surcharge Table (Prices per gallon) The fuel surcharge is to be based on the U.S Gulf Coast Index for the spot price per gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel. The Fuel surcharge will vary in 0.25% steps and will be updated on a monthly basis according to the scale above. Note: It should be noted that there will be a lag in the application of the index. That is, the monthly average price for fuel in Feb will be used to determine the applicable surcharge in April.
